Update 1/9/2026 – I’m looking to focus my children’s + NA list in 2026. I’d love to find a great MG Fantasy with series potential and am still on the hunt for mysteries in MG and YA. I’m most open in the NA category, but there should be a romance b plot at least.
While I will still consider Adult romance, I am looking for high concept contemporary (with maybe a magical/speculative element). I would love to find something that emotionally breaks me and puts me back together!

Middle Grade
- Grounded, accessible fantasy
- Mysteries
- Contemporary stories focused on different types of relationships (mother/daughter, sisters, friends, etc)

- Anything you can comp to THE UNDERLAND CHRONICLES by Suzanne Collins or the CHARLIE BONE series by Jenny Nimmo

- Thriller / mysteries with unique settings
- Would love a good whodunnit, Clue-style murder mystery
- Thriller / mysteries with unique settings
- Something with puzzles that the reader can try to solve like THE INHERITANCE GAMES
- Villain POV (think Klaus from The Originals)
- Swoony YA romances with a unique hook
- For YA graphic novels, a fantasy / dark academia story would be intriguing!
New Adult
- Contemporary Romance or Romantasy
- Magical colleges / universities / campus settings
- Travel / wanderlust – Study Abroad college romance
